How HFCC handles your data
We collect the minimum data needed to respond to your request - and never child names or case details.
What we collect
- Contact form: first name, email, optional phone, request type, and an optional general message.
- Ask HFCC assistant: the questions you type. We do not store these on your device beyond the session.
- Certificate verification: the verification code you enter. No participant personal data is shown publicly.
What we do NOT collect
- Child names or identities.
- Case details or confidential safeguarding information.
- Sensitive personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to respond.
How we use your data
Contact form submissions are sent to HFCC's connected CRM to help us respond to your request and manage enquiries. We use the data only for the purpose you submitted it.
Analytics
Any analytics on this site are consent-aware - they only run after you have given consent where required. We do not use analytics to identify individuals.
Your rights
You have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. To exercise these rights, email HFCC. For national guidance, see GOV.UK and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Booking calendars
The live HFCC booking calendars are operated separately. Data you submit through a booking calendar is governed by that calendar's own privacy notice. This website links to the calendars but does not control their data handling.
